Care Instructions
Look after your shelter and it will look after you! We have included some simple guidelines on how to keep your shelter looking and operating at its best!
- Brush down the shelter frame with a small broom to keep dirt and cobwebs away. Wipe with a damp cloth to remove more stubborn marks and stains. Do not water blast or soak parts in water or cleaning chemicals.
- For marks on the top, scrub with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not soak in water or cleaning chemicals.
- When in storage, keep the frame and top covered with the dust sock or roller bag.
- Use a two-wheeled trolley to transport the shelter. Regular hand lift and 'clutching' of the shelter could damage some parts.
- Once the shelter is erected, ensure that it is tied down with pegs and ropes, or if on concrete/hard surface, secured with weights or weight bags.
- Ensure all pins on the frame are 'unlocked' before folding down.
- It is advisable that you do not leave your shelter erected for more than a day when it is positioned outside. The shelter is able to stand for any length of time in the right conditions but weather can change which might play havoc with the shelter.
- If parts of the frame get damaged, replace them as quickly as possible, as parts left damaged will weaken bracketory and tubing on the frame.
